RENTAL TERMS
DRIVING LICENSE
Anyone with a minimum of 3 years' license and minimum 23 years old can rent a car. This age limit may vary for luxury vehicle groups.
RENTAL PERIOD
At least 3 days.
LONG TERM RENTAL
Special fares are applied for rents of at least 50 DAYS . Please call our office for special rental rates.
INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
The prices quoted include the oil, maintenance costs of the vehicle. It's covered by insurance.
Third Party Insurance (up to legal limits), Collision Damage Waiver is (CDW), Theft Insurance, Airport fees, oil, maintenance, 24 hours road assistance. Special rates and terms may apply for long term rentals (minimum 50 days)

PAYMENT
The total amount of the lease is taken in advance at the beginning of the contract. In addition, there is a deposit application in certain vehicle groups for our customers who do not use credit cards. This deposit is taken for Traffic fines, Parking fees that may occur during the rental period and is delivered at the end of the rental.

TRAFFIC CRIMES
Traffic fines belong to the customer. If the vehicle is kept in traffic, this period is included in the rent.
DELIVERY AND PİCK UP
Airport deliveries are Free. Delivery and pick-up fees to hotels and addresses within the city limits are 18 euros. For other destinations (extra-urban and districts) a fee of 0.75 € (75 cents) per km is charged.
INSURANCE
The insurance guarantee is included in the rental fee against third parties (within legal policy boundaries). Depending on the request, a daily payment of 5 € is required for individual life insurance.
In order for the fuses to be valid, without changing the position of the vehicle; The traffic accident and alcohol report must be taken, the accident must not be completely flawed, the vehicle must not be used under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or outside the legal speed limits. In the case of theft, the police or gendarmerie is required to keep a record. Reports need to be delivered to our office within 24 hours at the latest.
Damage Insurance
It is a very important assurance package that offers the advantage of repairing damages up to 6000 TL, which protects you in cases where a police report cannot be kept, such as damage that may occur in the Park, Tire Explosion, Glass Breakage (windshield), Headlight breakage, Mirror breakage, with your written statement. We highly recommend that all our customers purchase this assurance package. The daily fee is 8 euros. This fee can vary between 8 euros and 13 euros for luxury vehicles.
Note: Report the accident and alcohol by applying to the police without changing the location of the vehicle.
Additional Drivers
Nobody can use the rented vehicle except the drivers written in the contract. 1 euro should be paid daily for the 2nd driver
Flight Information
It is customers Responsibility to provice in the correct flight number and arrival time, before departure. If this is not available at the time of booking, please inform us of this is ensure that you will at least seven days prior to departure. If the information is not provided in time, no Responsibility can not be accepted or compensation allowed for a failed rental. This is to allow staff to be ready for you on arrival.
